Omax3 is an Omega-3 supplement which has been advertising on television and online. Here is our Omax3 review plus key product information.
Omax3 is an Omega-3 supplement. It is touted for its purity and potency, which are said to place it above standard supplements in this category.
An evaluation of any supplement’s effectiveness is difficult to ascertain due to the subjective nature of the perceived results. In our tests of Omax3, we found it to have no aftertaste and caused no ill effects. The pills are also easy to swallow. Customers at Amazon tend to agree, giving the product a solid 3.8 rating, with most customers satisfied with their purchase. The minority of 1 star reviews there point to ineffectiveness or nausea. There are those in the middle who believe that the supplement is of a high quality and provides health benefits, but that the cost is too steep.
To touch on a much larger topic about the need for Omega-3, we defer to the Harvard School of Public Health, which points out the need for Omega-3 in one’s diet:
Omega-3 fatty acids are also associated with many health benefits, including protection against heart disease and possibly stroke. New studies are identifying potential benefits for a wide range of conditions including cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, and other autoimmune diseases such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis.
It appears from our tests that Omax3 is an acceptable Omega-3 solution, although it may not be the most inexpensive on the market. You may want to shop around for the best deal, as this is a highly-competitive market.

Omax3’s “About” paragraphs
The product’s “About” page in 2014 read: “Omax3® Ultra-Pure™ has been shown in clinical studies to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels and promote heart health.”
In 2016, it reads (in part): There are many fish-oils on the market, but only Omax3 contains the revolutionary 4:1 ratio of EPA to DHA, which Yale-affiliated research has shown to better resolve inflammation than any other combination of EPA and DHA. Omax3 Ultra-Pure delivers more than 97% pure omega-3 content and greater value.
