HurryCane is an “all-terrain cane” advertised on television as a sturdier cane than the average cane. Here are our editorial and reader HurryCane reviews, plus key product information.
HurryCane
The official website is hurrycane.com which was registered in September 2004. Previous advertisements used the domain thehurrycane.com, which now forwards to hurrycane.com.
This is the HurryCane’s website “About” paragraph:
“Most canes are fine for standing. But what about when you’re getting up from a chair, getting out of a car and climbing up stairs? Traditional canes just weren’t designed for it. But the very first time you use a HurryCane, you realize how delightfully different it is. That’s because we built it from the ground up to feel like an extension of the body. And that’s why people everywhere are loving it.”
What they Claim:
- Inspired by the human body
- Stabilizes like a foot
- Freestanding design
- Base pivots like an ankle
- Bends like a Knee
- Proud supporter of the US Vets

- “Go” model has a cushioned “GoFoam” handle
- 60-day money-back guarantee
- Accessories available for original, Freedom Edition, and Go models

The Hurrycane Go and Freedom Edition cost $39.95, while the Navigator is $99.95.
HurryCane Review
HurryCane’s features – which they claim set it apart from regular canes – are that it has 3 points of contact, and can even stand on its own. The opening of one of their commercials asks, “If your cane can’t keep itself upright, how do you expect it to keep you upright?”
There are not one, but three HurryCanes now available: The “Freedom” Edition, the HurryCane Go, and the Navigator. There was an original HurryCane which is no longer sold on the website.
We found the HurryCane Freedom Edition to be rather inexpensively made. It is somewhat top heavy and the rubber bottom pieces kept falling off. And, although the advertisements highlight the fact that the cane can stand on its own, we found that it doesn’t stand well on carpeting or anything other than a hard, flat surface. We did not find that this product lived up to the hype of the advertisements.
The handle was not comfortable, but this problem appears to have been fixed with the new “Go” model, which sports a new cushioned foam handle.
The more expensive Navigator is a better made cane overall, with a sturdier feel and an attractive walnut pattern and metallic finish.
You can find the HurryCane in some stores.

I love my Hurry Can except the bottom keep’s unscrewing and I have even walked away without it a few times. I wish that it wouldn’t do that.
My Hurrycane fell apart right out of the box. The adjustable button fell in the cane and now it can’t be used, because it collapses
