Reviews
Shot B is a multivitamin which contains Beta Carotene. The name itself is perhaps a bit misleading, as it almost sounds like a vitamin B shot such as 5-Hour Energy.
This product is primarily marketed on Spanish-language television, and the packaging also includes Spanish right on the packaging. Despite this, it is readily available at retailers, priced competitively alongside other multivitamins.
While Shot-B contains a fine blend of vitamins, it doesn’t seem heavy on Vitamin B, as one may suspect from the name. Overall, it’s a fine multivitamin, although its energy-boosting properties may be over-implied.
Shot B contains:
- Vitamin A 5000 IU
- Vitamin C 60mg
- Vitamin D 400 IU
- Vitamin E 10 IU
- Thiamin 1.5mg
- Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 1.7mg
- Niacin 20mg
- Vitamin B-6 2mg
- Folic Acid 400mcg
- Vitamin B-12 6mcg
- Pantothenic Acid 10mg
